ཚན་རིག་འཛིན་གྲྭའི་བསླབ་པ་མཐར་ཕྱིན་པའི་མཛད་སྒོ།

On June 4, 2025 the Graduation Ceremony of the Emory-Tibet Science Initiative’s 6-Year Implementation Program was held at the Drepung Losiling Monastery in the presence of His Eminence Gadan Tri-Rinpoche.

Candidates of Sera Jey Monastic Institute who could not attend the ETSI Graduation Ceremony in person, Sera Jey Science Centre organized a brief ceremony at the Science Auditorium on 12 June 2025. Venerable Geshe Yeshe Phuntsok, Disciplinarian and Geshe Ngawang Nyingje, Administrator and Geshe Jampa Choewang, Director of Modern Education Deptt. honoured the occasion and presented the 6-Year Implementation Program of ETSI-Emory University’s Completion and Participation Certificates to the monastic science graduates. The faculty and staffs and coordinators were also presented with appreciation certificates and traditional scarves (Khatak).

The accomplishments and the event honours our gratitude to His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama’s kindness, and His 90th Birthday – Ghoton- Year of Compassion. The ceremony successfully concluded with the appreciations to ETSI community and the faculty, staffs of Sera Jey Science Centre, of the past & present, and heartfelt Congratulations to the science graduates.
