On the 16th May 2026, under the patronage of the Sera Jey Monastery, summer class for the Sambhota school students on Buddhist Studies and Tibetan language was inaugurated at Sera Jey Tashi Choeling Center, coinciding with the summer vacation of the nearby Sambhota schools.This year, 52 students from around 8 schools have enrolled. The intensive program runs for 21 days, with classes scheduled from 9AM to 12PM in the morning.
